  Dehydrated? Highly unlikely there is a large water bowl in all Kennels which is checked regularly. Filthy? Don't think they were too bad but we did have some rain so the yards may have been a bit muddy. If they had been picked up on the scheduled date they would have been clean and washed but you chose to collect them early and we don't wash Dogs between Xmas and New Year.

  Emma your stories would put a smile on anybody's face. It's true your dogs did have a huge fight. But you conveniently forgot to mention in your post that it was with with each other! Hardly fair play to complain about them limping and having cuts when your 2 "compatible dogs" ripped into each other.

  When I called to tell you about it and suggest we take them to the Vet you said you were coming home early anyway and would like to collect them the next day. I would have preferred to take them to the Vet to avoid any infections but it was your call to collect them early instead. Now you are saying we cut your holiday short!

  Refund - we collect boarding fees in advance for Holiday Bookings and (like most other Professional Kennels) don't offer refunds if Customer's elect to collect early. So yes I did find it rather amusing that you thought you were entitled to a refund because your Dogs had a fight with each other.

  Townsville pet care is fantastic. They have not only cared for my cats when I first moved to Townsville but they have also transported my birds to me and have delivered top service. Several time my birds flight to townsville was delayed and each time they have worked around the changes and made sure my birds where delivered safe and sound. I have full trust with this company to care for any of my animals when I am away :) Thank you Townsville pet care team!!

  Do not recommend. Booked our dogs to stay here and paid in advance their whole stay. They called us asking to pick the dogs up early (cutting our holiday short) and laughed in my face when I asked to be reimbursed for the days that we'd already paid for. Our dogs were filthy, dehydrated and covered in cuts from fighting and one was limping.
